  1. I did this gratitude for a simple Strawberry -cake one day: the farmer who planted the strawberries and took for for then ( water / plant food etc)this one he picked it up, this one who packed it, drove it to the market, brought it to the backer man, who made this cake….the same for the wheat farmer and the way till the backer man, the same for the farmer who had the cow for the creme on my cake…..ALL people who was part of the process that I got a cake including. the lady who served it to me…..it needed longer to think about all this…than to eat it….but it made me endless thankfull and humble, that so many people was busy for my simple cake….and I had a coffee to me cake: how far it comes from….. we depends on so many people, who work day and night for our wellbeing. … we need only to realise how blessed we are.

  2. Great Video and terrific message. I practice appreciation and showing gratitude each and every day… it changes your life when you have that attitude and focus! Thanks for creating such a great video, Jack!

  3. I appreciate the people who invented iPads, wifi, cable, satellites, cameras and everything else that made it possible for us to watch this video.

  4. thank you Jack. I watch your videos and learn from them. I keep reminding myself to be thankful using your tag line, "nothing will change for the better until you do" I have set aside the first five minutes of the day as soon as I wake up as my gratitude time!

  5. Thanks Jack. Learned this concept from you 20 years ago. Really changed my life. Every morning I give thanks for everything I have as though the next day I only wake up with what I gave thanks for the previous day.

  6. 7. Being grateful is the way I start my day everyday.
I am taking your advice as starting my scorecard today and will for the next 30 days.
Thank you Jack, I am grateful for you

  8. I like the focus of appreciation of others. I've added this to my habit tracker. Thank you for all you do!

  9. Hello Jack , Happy Labor Day
Thank you for not giving up on a procrastinator like me and I do believe that one day I will shake your hand and ask that we exchange autographs for Books. That,s gratitude and appreciation.

  10. Great encouragement, Jack. I like the 'scorecard' suggestion. I've been consciously (and vocally) appreciating the abundance and good I already have in my life for a few months now,  but keeping a visual record will be an effective way to track (and acknowledge) my growing ability to consistently appreciate things and people around me. It's becoming a more natural behavior, and an important contributor to my  happiness and self-esteem. Thanks for the video!!

  11. It was much easier to find the positive aspects of things than finding positive aspects of people I met. But I will keep on practicing. Thank you Jack.

  12. Thank you, Jack. I use a gratitude journal and just let the writing flow. sometimes even funny things come up. Also because of other times you have talked about gratitude, I say gratitude comments in the shower, thanking everyone responsible for getting that water to me, I swear the hot water last longer now. I thank everyone responsible fro getting the food to my table, growers, the harvesters, truck drivers, unloaders, etc etc..I try to do this at every meal, almost there. I feel like I take less for granite, because I start thinking about all the work that went into getting me what I have. Thank you Thank you Thank you, Jack!
