  3. These is caused because windows 7 doesn't contain 3.0 drivers,if u have a pc/laptop try to install it in usb 2.0 port.That solved my problem

  4. U can format ur hard disk on another pc..then force shutdown after the first Restart format and put back to ur pc/laptop..then just run until u go into windows..its work for me
