  1. Not allowing Australians to travel overseas is a violation of our freedom. Nothing more than this. There should be a public campaign to lift this ridiculous ban. If I want to go overseas I should be allowed to go without having to explain where and why. Stop treating Australian citizens as children.

  2. what i don’t understand is that they’re saying this, but if you go on the website for sydney’s airport there are literally flight coming there from america and wherever else. i’m trying to come to australia in september. i’m coming there to work. so y’all better let me smh

  3. They keep talking about this like it's just about tourism. It's not. There are people separated from their loved ones right now. My fiance and I were at the final stage of our visa application. 1 week out from the interview we've been waiting over a year for, and it's cancelled indefinitely due to Covid. Her flights to see me were cancelled due to the travel ban. We haven't seen each other in almost a year. I was supposed to be her wife, living with her, right now. I'm not saying the government shouldn't have closed the borders. We need to be safe. But can we please stop being all "Wahh, my vacation was postponed and I was really looking forward to it. Guess I have to go to the Gold Coast instead. Wahh" like damn, I wish I had your problems.

  4. Yeah good these idiots will go straight oversea otherwise. Control the people! I'm also watching the last Resident Evil movie which poses the idea of releasing a virus to control the population, great idea.

  5. This is a f*cking disgrace. People have the right to fly if they want to or NEED to.
Its just a way of controlling the masses. Martial law like behaviour.
Selective restrictions which dont benefit anyone but their own set motives

  6. The virus is a hoax by the new world order. We need an uprising arrest the elite and media for terrorism against the people

  7. Do you guys know chinese firm owns john and holland construction firm.. you know the 1 building our cities. Sold out. Pathetic

  8. Did I hear PM suggests $150M for highway upgrades is cheaper than maintaining maternity ward?

Seriously? And if pregnancy is going wrong, does the government pay for airlift services too?

Maybe what the PM should do is buy one of Qantas Airbus A380s that are now parked until sold and use it as a maternity ward since the government isn't going to allow overseas travel until next year. Might be cheaper than building a road…

  9. If we are not allowed to leave the country for the rest of 2020 than we should not accept any international travellers during this time. Including international students. No exceptions. Closed means closed.

  10. I am from India
    Please help us
    They were taking our territory
    If you take one step
    India with you Australia
    And also Taiwan supports you
    Please help us 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

  11. Right, but here comes 800 international students from 30 different nations and Australia is considering letting them have a shorter quarantine time also??? Oh and by the way this is only round 1 as there are thousands and thousands more international students coming later. God help us!

  12. how about misinformation from pompeo and trump? they insist that the virus is from a chinese lab even when their own intelligence and military says its not the case, and am i the only one worrying the economic backlash? we are already in the midst of a economic crisis just imagine when the job-keeper thing stops, god help us

  14. How about those overseas travel prices and deals offered here in Australia! Australia is too expensive and doesnt offer pacific island venues 🤔. Nothing like a cocktail on a beautiful island, beats a beer in a rural town 🤣
